Great option for amenities on a lower budget

Location is fantastic as well as facility amenities- close to private beach, great pool and grounds. If you are planning to be out of the room mostly this is a great deal and very affordable option for the amenities alone. The furniture is cheap and worn out, lots of scuffs, malfunctions, and overall not in great order or anything special. The place was very clean though, and bedding was comfortable. Appreciated the "mini" kitchen which was enough for our needs. Overall if you need a great location on a budget, this is a good choice

Nice location!

Pros- location, 2 free chairs and an umbrella at the beach, can’t beat the price Cons- A/C was out they provided a fan and a portable ac unit but we couldn’t use the balcony because the ac unit was taped up through the door, could be cleaner than what it was, could have used more towels for the amount of time we spent there Overall not a bad place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to be close to the beach

Deceiving and loud

When we arrived, I was shocked because there was no kitchen and I could not figure out what happened, my husband opened the door to the right, which is between the two rooms and then I saw the kitchen and I said “that’s the kitchen I saw in the walk-through video” But there was clothes on the counter, so it was being used. I could not figure out what happened and how. After searching the listing for the several times I finally figured out that the picture of the kitchen is in the lower set of pictures and not the set of pictures that is at the top of the listing. Then I noticed the writing at the bottom that says that you can rent 1111 or 1111 a or both. Unfortunately I did not see that and it should be stated BOLDLY AND CLEARLY AT THE TOP OF THE LISTING. Also unfortunate for us was that the neighbors were loud and there was a crying baby in the evenings. You could hear the neighbors like they were in your room. Also, the mattress was pretty uncomfortable and rolled you to the edge.
