Fantastic views

LOVED the views we had. Being able to wake up and open the curtains and see the water was simply amazing. Coffee on the balcony and a drink watching the sunset. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is spacious. The only downside is the air. It would not get below 72 due to the sun being on the condo most of the day.

Very Very nice condo location with the unit being spacious and overlooking the beach. Could use some updates particularly the kitchen but all and all it was great. Dale, Nancy, Ashley, and Toñey from Tennessee

They had roaches all over the kitchen countertops and cabinets yhat would come out, as soon as it was night. I had to get roach spray and spray the room, because no one helped me. The AC also went out our last night and I was told to check the batteries in the thermostat, and no one did anything to help. I have documentation and pictures if anyone would like to see what we had to deal with before you book this place.

April 2022 Spring Break Vacation

Great place! Great location! Clean and well kept! Furnished well! The king bed's mattress in the master bedroom is tempur pedic and sleeps well as do the two full beds (though not tempur pedic). Peaceful and scenic ceiling to floor glass view of the outside and the ocean from every angle of the condo and balcony. Each room had open access to the balcony. Experienced no incidentals nor excess noise at any time. The online 360 video tour of the condo serves the purpose well. What the video portrays is exactly what the condo looks like. Very spacious! Constant communication from the assigned staff is continous and prompt via text messaging from the beginning of travels throughout checkout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful View

Such a spacious and lovely place which is decorated beautifully and everything is provided for whatever you need-The mirrored walls reflect the breath-taking views of the beach-The large balcony is such a cozy area to enjoy overlooking the pristine beach-Let me just say we did not want to leave😊

Great location

Being on the 3rd floor and the view we had was one of the best I've had at Surfside. Would recommend. Carpet areas looked newly installed, tile sections of the floor was really nice. Living room area was nice and updated. King Bed was a tempur pedic with the controls... really nice.

OUTDATED

The view was perfect but the condo is DATED. We didn't have the air mattress, they brought later that night i called, if i hadn't called until bedtime we would of not had one till next day. The shower in the bigger bedroom was stopped up and didnt drain properly as well as the sink. There weren't enough toiletries and cleaning supplies. the blankets in the closet stunk like they hadn't been washed in months we didnt use any of them. The condo had a major leak on our floor partial carpet was drenched. It is very outdated condo. The location was perfect and intend to stay in the area next year.
