「Nice, clean room in convenient location. Access all electronic (though front door lock still not functioning-we were woken by some folks who were unable to get in) Thus worked fine for us but I wonder if there is an issue who you would speak to. We left a message on our first day but no one called us back. 」

「Le séjour s’est bien passé, la cuisine est sommaire, le frigo dans la chambre est un excellent point ! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et nous avons même pu laisser nos bagages dans le locker ! Il n’y avait pas de climatisation, il faisait très chaud dans l chambre mais nous avions un bon ventilateur. Merci beaucoup 」

「clean room and helpful staff. Much better than I expected」

「Since there were lots of good comments here and so did my friend and I confirmed to stay here in Wien. The room is nothing special but somehow we both had a great sleep (maybe the weather of Wien?) The common kitchen is good to have while there will be cleaning once per every 2/3 days of your stay. Can't wait to mention the staff are really helpful! "The location of the apartment is unbeatable, only 5 minutes walk to Wein Hbf. There are a few supermarkets within 5 minutes of walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet, plus the kitchen was well equipped with the basic. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The location is perfect, very convenient for public transportation and all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful. We met small unexpected problem and they showed very professional attitude and fixed it by the most reasonable way. And the room with city view can catch amazing sunset scenes. "
