“Great room for the price. Pretty view. Excellent pools for the kids and easy access to a great beach! Only minor complaint is the size of the beds. They are tiny and barely comfortable for 1 adult and 1 kid. It would be tight with 2 adults.”

“We we unable to stay at the property. When we arrived at the apartment, we found that it was in disgusting shape. We found black hairs all in the bed, The refrigerator and freezer were nasty with brown stuff all inside, the lamps were completely rusted, paint on the walls were missing and the dining table was nasty and not at all clean. The biggest issue was the bed full of hairs. We attempted to get the people who run the apartments to move us to another apartment but they refused saying that……

“I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! The hotel was nice. I didn't have the breakfast and I didn't try the indoor pool so I can't speak on either of those. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. The 40' Samsung TV is on a movable mount. The shower has the wide curtain rods and good pressure with really hot……

“The property was fine, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hard with a metal sheet under the mattress acting as a bed spring. We almost left after the first night.”

“Balcony was small and the smell of someone smoking marijuana was terrible and we couldn’t sit out there!!!! TV would not work in living room and there was no one there after 8:00pm to look at it! Commode was wobbly upon sitting on it!!!!! Place to rinse feet off the beach wasn’t working!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thankful we were only there one night!”

“The view was good, the room was ok the toilet wouldn’t flush! The run around I dealt with to get a decent room was a bit much, the parking was awful! Thanks for the stay I don’t think I would recommend or return!”

“The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they……

“This was a beautiful property and we enjoyed the inside and outside pools very much. I would highly recommend!”

“I chose the wrong room and was in the BW annex A room king bed. Ref microwave Smelled musty. Was told since I went through a third party they could not changed anything. They told me there were no ocean front or views available. Which was not true Didn’t eat breakfast cause it is in the main building. Not sure if I would stay there again. Could have got something cheaper across the street If you stay there make sure you don’t get stuck in the annex”
