「Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.」

「I wanted to write a fair and honest review of Deja All Inclusive Resort. I understand that Montego Bay is still recovering from the hurricane last year, so I do want to give grace. At the same time, I think it is important for future guests to have realistic expectations. Overall, many of the staff members were friendly, warm, and welcoming. 「The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.」

「The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong. There was multiple times the owner could’ve reached...

「We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!」

「Great low budget hotel with good breakfast options. Restaurant on site for lunch and dinner. Room had iron and iron board which was very helpful. Only thing room lack was a microwave but one was in the lobby. The AC in the room was well needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.」
