“Horrible stay! The entire building had a horrible smell to it and the rooms were very dirty, there were mold stains on the ceiling, stains on both the walls and couch. The linen and towels were DISGUSTING. Do not recommend!! The good reviews are a bunch of bots. ALSO NO BREAKFAST.”

“The GM did make all of this right by us and I’m only leaving a review bc I rely on reviews when booking places and this one time I did not and it backfired. We were on a mom sons trips and arrived for just 1 night of rest before heading to beach on Monday morning and upon arrival at 1030pm we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the pullout couch bed was broken, second room had mold all over the pull out couch, and third room there were no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch for our kids……

“Only problem we had was we were kept up all night by a weird off and on noise that sounded like an enormous leaf blower. The next morning we found out from staff that our room was close to the laundry shoot. We would have requested to be moved if we had figured out where the strange noise was even coming from. They should not book those rooms without warning the letting people know about the noise issue. On the good side, Mark lost his gold signet ring in the casino that he had worn for 45……

“Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum……

“Staff were cordial. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Toilet made constant noises. Changed rooms but the 2nd room was not that clean but the toilet was quiet. However, the shower head didn’t work properly. Management did repair but was an inconvenient time. Breakfast was ok, but no variety. The last day, all of the hot food was gone within the 1st hour of breakfast time. Apparently a bus load checked in and ate all of the food. I will not stay here again. I waited a few months before……

“The hotel was okay…walking into the hotel the door was not locked so just anyone could come in from the back. Walking to the room the hotel was decent - No bad smells and not dirty. Get into the room - the room was very spacious/clean, but it was SO HOT. There was no AC on prior to arriving so we were sweating. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work and the air conditioner barely ran. It took it from 8 pm to 4 am to cool off to 73°. The beds were hard as a rock. We opened the sofa bed and there……

“the property was dirty room also rust in the bathroom. No coffee in the morning like as advertised. Also had a hidden charge of 50 dollars was refunded but no where in website does it say charge.”

“Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. Being picky, the pool was closed, probably for maintenance. In the room, it had a musty smell, so we made it colder, but it didn't go away completely. One of the overhead lights in the bathroom was burnt out. The room was clean and looked recently remodeled. It had a limited number of power outlets. The breakfast was very nice and met my expectations. The hotel was very nice, but just needed to "dot" the "i" and "cross" the "t".”
