Montgomery Hotel with Pool

"Customer service was very good, and it's a great hotel. The only issue was the power outage and emergency evacuation. My husband is elderly, and he had a lot of trouble making it outdoors in the dark stairwell, with people pushing, etc. He had a few bumps and bruises. Then we stood outside in the very cold weather and no announcement was made on when to come back in. I think staff did their best in a difficult situation, but it seemed like confusion and lack of coordination on what exactly to do -- including how to gain entry into our room again with our key. Again, appreciate the staff trying to do what they could. "

"Great stay at this pet friendly hotel! Stayed on our way from WI to Fl. Clean, spacious room. Friendly service! Close to restaurants and shopping. The bathroom set up is clumsy but otherwise a good choice! Will stop again on our way back home! "

"The room was very clean. Updated hotel. Staff was super friendly, especially the young man that checked me in the evening I got there. Breakfast had many options with omelets, potatoes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, bagels, muffins, juice, milk, coffee, and tea. Safe location with many restaurants and gas stations nearby. Loved my stay! "
