「This was a very calm, relaxing resort. If you want a calm vacation, this is your spot. This is family friendly resort so if you’re looking for late nights, this is not the place. Bars close at 11pm and everything else seemed to close earlier than that. Located right on the beach, which was fantastic! There is seed weed so be prepared for that. They do try to keep it cleaned however it’s not always. Check in and out was pretty quick and easy and the entire staff was super helpful and...

「Bel appartement très récent et aménagé avec goût. Avec ascenseur et terrasse avec piscine sur le toit. Idéal quand il y a trop de sargasses, ce qui est malheureusement fréquent. Vue dégagée sur la mer avec soleil le matin. L’après-midi, l’ombre est bienvenue. Le seul point un peu décevant est que pour accéder à la plage, il faut contourner le long mur de l’école située en face. Sinon, quartier résidentiel tranquille, sans bar bruyant, à 10 minutes à pied du centre, où l’on se sent en sécurité....

「Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

「The restaurant is okay, lunch and dinner is okay not too many options really but breakfast is good , many locals use the beach club daily so getting a beach chair isnt so easy, to take your order waiters take verry longg at the beach club , kabanas are not free , some staff members are a bit rude , kabana rooms are terrible , you can hear every single noise and conversation whether the person is below you or above you, you have no privacy what so ever !!! The people below us were terrible we...

「Check in was easy, and most of the staff who work the front desk for a very lovely, but the exception of one woman who accused my husband and I of ripping off our bracelets. They broke/ ripped off twice, and she essentially said that it was impossible, and if it happened again, we would have to pay. I also wish the hotel had a quiet hour time between say 10 PM and 8 AM, there was a family that had children screaming at the top of the lungs and stomping around at six in the morning till 11...

「Location not even close to where Expedia says it’s at. Construction noise all around. No hot water. Bed hard as rock. Long walk to center of town Sink had no handles. Over all wouldn’t recommend it. 」

「The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.」

「It was a pleasant stay except that! The hot water does not work, the air conditioning fails 1 time out of 4. Not to mention that the pool's water levels are too low, so the filter doesn't work.…. 」
