Impeccably clean and in a perfect location very close to the main town and beach.Pool was excellent and ideal for younger ages as not too deep.Check in was very easy, We met Nieves at her agency and she personally took us to the villa.Thank you for our wonderful holiday we would not hesitate in staying here again and would highly recommend for families. "Villa was excellent and very well equipped. Pool was very good. Communication with BTB Alquileres was quite poor with only one notice at the property. Would recommend anyone thinking of booking the property to make sure they book with Villa Plus, the other company managing the property. We didn’t get the key code until almost 4pm on our check in day and had to ask for it then, even though we had asked for an earlier check in. On arrival we could only find 5 of the 7 bedrooms and, after communicating with BTB, it turned out that they were locked and the cleaner had to come and unlock for us. Not a very good start but once sorted we all had a great time. Property is in a very quiet location but only about 10 minutes walk to beaches, shops, bars etc. Would definitely recommend."

"A great rental property with amazing ocean views. Pool was a good size, although deep for the majority (not so great for small children) but ok for a teenager. The location was good, being walkable to the beach and the town centre of Moraira. A car is needed if you wanted to go further afield and makes it easier for accessing the supermarkets for supplies, being a self-catering villa. The outside seating areas were well located around the property, with sun beds and parasols included, with the pool area getting the sun for the majority of the day. "
