「Liked the location. Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off.」

「Nuestra estancia en Maras Apartment en Benidorm fue excelente. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo, lo que hizo todo muy fácil. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y la comunicación fue rápida y eficiente. 「Booked last minute as a stop gap so was just looking for a room for first night What a stunning boutique hotel with fantastic staff, in an amazing location on the beach front. Breakfast was a la carte and after deliberating between healthy, continental or full english, i succumbed to the English breakfast. I’ll be looking to return now Ive had the best experience here.」

「A lovely hotel with nice staff and great location. The pity is some smell exists in my room, but it become ok if you open the windows for a while. There exist some foods in the restaurant next to the hotel, not many choices but ok. The boss seems suprised when we wanna eat dinner there, but she still kindly prepare the dinner for us. In a word, I'll come back if I visit Alicante again : )」

「This hotel was excellent in every respect , immaculately clean. Big fluffy towels, changed every day. Free coffee and tea in reception 24hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.」

「If you want somewhere quiet and secluded, this is the place. Not much in local restaurants or bars. So lots of home cooking on a small kitchenette. Steep hills to walk. Views are great and the beach is small but safe, as is the main pool though much smaller than the photos. Helpful staff, special thanks to Angela and Juan and the lovely cleaner whose name I never asked.」
