「The staff were first class. I didn’t find one that wasn’t helpful and friendly. A big thankyou yo the two ladies in the restaurant at lunchtime. Always busy, welcoming and smiling. I think one was called Fatima. The hotel facilities were very good. The room with hot tub was very clean and well maintained. The food selection was always amazing. How lucky were we to be there for Halloween night. Everybody had made such a massive effort. 」

Le personnel au restaurant est très gentil, souriant, le chef est chaleureux, les serveuses et serveurs extrêmement aimables, un grand merci à Taoufik et à Amed. Les barmans ont toujours le sourire. Beaucoup d'activités et plein d'excursions. Le massage ainsi que le hammam étaient prodigieux. C'était une très belle expérience.」
