“The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home.
Having said that we ended up having a really enjoyable stay :)”

“It was very disappointing, we arrived midday and there was only one waiter in the bar trying to serve drinks for everyone in the bar, restaurant and around the outdoor pool. He was also taking orders for food and serving the food. He really was doing his best and could only keep apologising. To make things worse there was only one person in the kitchen!!
The hotel is poorly managed and desperately needs more staff in the bar and restaurant.
We were glad we didn’t stay there for dinner.

“I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. An excellent choice of breakfasts included in the price. The restaurant was excellent in the evenings. The location is fantastic with wonderful views of the beautiful Peak countryside.”
