The room was clean, easy check in and out, nothing else to add, just that they should be more attentive to parking when it snows, and provide clearer instructions on how to get to the rooms.

The room was nasty and the whole hotel smelled funny. Also the guy that checked us in way very rude. I even tried to ask him questions regarding our reservation and he wouldn't answer them. They also completely messed up my reservation. We booked two rooms together and they weren't at all close to each other. The pool was also freezing and my two kids couldnt swim at all. NEVER AGAIN!

Room was clean. The staff was friendly and tended to the room daily. Stay was in the winter. Though, the room was temperature controlled there was a draft coming from and around the heating/air conditioner unit. Also, the hallway was not heated. There was a draft coming from under the door into the room. The decor throughout the Hotel is outdated. The heated pool was closed.

This hotel is horrible. Very dirty. Sheets and pillows stink. Toilet was extremely rusty on the floor by it. The jacuzzi didnt work well.the jets didnt work and water leaked out of the top eberywhere. The remote had no back to it batteries would keep falling out. The hotel in a whole was dirty and stunk so bad the pool wasnt open. The hotel paint is chipping and the lobby was so dirty. The vending machine took our card but didnt guve us sodas. We were looking for other places to stay but we didnt want to eat the 160 some dollars but we will never be back again.

We had a jacuzzi suite and the room was disgusting, the heater broken and panel of it off and our jacuzzi was dirty, and we asked for cleaning supplies to clean it out our self along with the bathroom and they asked me if I could wait till the morning, ofcourse I can’t wait to use something the next day after I pay for it. So they decide to switch me rooms and that room tile floors were cracked by the jacuzzi, the knob on it came falling off, the cleaning person that cleaned our room put a dirty towel we had set aside for dirty and they hung it back up on our towel rack, it had a hair on it because we put it on the floor. The light strips were coming off the wall and the shower head only had water coming out on one side and we couldn’t switch the control on it. And they key cards had to keep getting reactivated because they stopped working multiple times. I was not compensated at all for this stay and they were not helpful at all. It was like I was bothering them. And glass bottle pieces right outside the entry way for kids to get hurt. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star

Our room door had to be shoulder pushed open and closed. Tried to explain it to the front desk person, but he didn’t care. The lock didn’t work properly. Wash clothes left in the bathroom were all used. We paid extra for a late checkout, but they forgot and tried to enter the room twice as we were getting dressed. Trash hotel. Don’t waste your time and find somewhere else. TRUST ME!

The hotel needs some updating. The room we reserved said two queen size beds and when we arrived to the room they were full size beds and a bit small for two people to sleep in comfortably. The toilet and the shower tub drains weren’t draining well and the sink was cracked and painted. The furniture and microwave was very old was old and the tv stands doors did not close properly. The staff was very nice and the room was clean.
