"This is one of my favorite cabins in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. It is very private. The river is amazing with deep swimming holes, shallow areas and lots of playing and exploring areas. The road and driveway are a little scary but so worth it. Our host was lovely and very quick to respond."

"If you don't want to stay in a hotel or motel, this type of accommodations is perfect. It was very clean and tidy. There was enough wifi to stay on top of things. They provided enough towels and washcloths for our stay. We only stayed two days, so what was there was plenty. The only complaint would be to include a toaster. Other than that it was a great place to rest after hours of walking and exploring the Smokey Mountains. Highly recommend it."

"Here’s a polished, professional VRBO-style review written with genuine gratitude and designed to help other guests feel confident booking:---Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property and all of its amenities. The photos are accurate representations of the home, with the exception of the mountain view; everything else matches the listing perfectly.One bedroom was locked and unavailable closer to our arrival date, but we adapted without issue and still had a very comfortable stay.The host was consistently responsive and helpful throughout. We especially appreciated Evergreen’s thoughtful assistance in arranging the extra touches we requested. The grab-and-go breakfast and snack bar exceeded our expectations—it was such a convenient feature that made early-morning outings and full days of activities seamless for our family.We would love to return next year; unfortunately the property has generated more interest from family to to attend next year. Which means we need a larger space.Our only suggestions would be adding lighting around the pool for evening swims (plenty of pool towels were thoughtfully provided) and sending the rental agreement earlier—ideally with the first or second deposit rather than the week of arrival.Overall, we would definitely book again if we could comfortably accommodate our entire group. Highly recommended for families looking for a well-equipped, welcoming home with excellent host support."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time with our family. We especially loved the amount of space the cabin provided, which made it very comfortable for everyone.There were a few minor things that could have been better. The outside yard had just been mowed, but the small golf area had not been blown off. There was also a wooden stand-up checker game that was broken and had not been put away or replaced. We couldn’t find a dustpan, and although we found a vacuum, there was no charger available for it to work.The biggest disappointment was the pool. It was advertised as heated, but the water was very cold and unfortunately wasn’t usable for us. The pool area had a lot of peeling paint and debris. The host was great about responding and even had someone come out to take a look at it, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved during our stay.Other than the pool, I would consider everything else to be minor. Despite these issues, we had a great time, and our family really enjoyed the cabin and our stay."
