“酒店设施新，空间大，位置优”

“Close to Mayo's and shopping.”

“This was a nice little home close to hospitals, grocery and liquor store. Our favorite things were the city walking/ jogging paths one block from home.”

“Great Location & Convenient ParkingWe had a nice stay here. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. Having a private garage was a major plus, though it is worth noting that it is on the smaller side—larger vehicles likely won’t fit. Overall, it’s a solid, straightforward place to stay if you're looking for a good location!”

“Everything you need and a great location! We really enjoyed our stay!”

“I so wanted to give this property 5 stars. However, I can't. It was spacious, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. However, the maintenance on the property was not up to par. Upon arrival, we were met with hoses across the sidewalk and loose cobble stones on the sidewalk both of which could be tripping hazards. The door to the property fit poorly, the back yard was overgrown with brush all over, and maintenance materials like paint brushes and paint trays were laying along the outside……

“Have stayed at this property three years in a row on an annual roadtrip. It’s comfortable and conveniently located”

“The apartment is easy walking distance to Mayo. There is a great coffee place 2 blocks down, Spyhouse Coffee, if you don't want to make your own. There are a couple of good restaraunts within walking distance. The Mayo construction near the unit makes driving almost impossible, so plan accourdingly. This is year 2 of a 5 year plan, so it isn't going away any time soon. There is a washer and dryer in the building that is free, however, the other tenants and housekeeper do not keep an eye on their……

“Thanks for a comfortable , clean, cozy, great stay! The host was very accommodating and responsive! Love that the kitchen was stocked up so that you could cook your own meals.”

“Very comfortable and quiet accommodations. The location was very convenient as I was able to bike to my daily appts at the Mayo Clinic.”

“Good place for one person, though a bit pricey. Very close to Mayo Clinic and St. Mary’s which is convenient. Relatively clean with occasional bugs but nothing too crazy. Really good communication with the host and they are very reliable if a problem arises! Lots of things to do nearby that are walking distance. Overall a great place to stay!”

“Very nice inside and great location.Very cozy, definitely a place for short or long stay. The host was very helpful and patient with us.Single bed was very cozy, bunk bed definitely not for adults though I would recommend this place to everyone. We only had one issue, the night before we left, the people who came to be upstairs, were very loud. But did not ruin our stay by any means.”

“The room was everything we expected from the advertising; comfortable, clean, and a great location The host greeted us graciously and made certain that we were settled in Andrew made sure we had everything we needed and everything we needed to know about the construction in the neighborhood We certainly felt at home at Rose's Loft and we can recommend it. We would gladly go back when we are in Rochester again. PS Convenient parking!!!”

“I think it should be advertised that this is an older hotel. In the advertisement it didn’t say it was a hotel.”

“Great place to stay.”

“Basement space with poor air quality. Hardly appropriate for anyone being treated at Mayo.”

“Access up the steep driveway was a bit tricky with a larger vehicle. Property was clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown. Beautiful park immediately across the street.”
