「Great place to stay. Restaurant was really good! Had 3 meals there, and all were delicious and carefully thought out and executed. My only issue was with the young host at the restaurant one evening, I think her name was Celi. Barely a greeting, barely any eye contact, curt, and short. No grace or sense of hospitality. 「The landscape after the window is opened is beautiful like a painting, you can see the train, bridge, snow, mountains, and boats. The pool is great and the hot pool is nice. The downside is that you can hear footsteps from upstairs on the lower floors.」
