"After a long road trip, my family and I were looking forward to resting and relaxing. However, upon entering our room, we observed several issues that were concerning. One of the sofa bed cushions was damaged and in very poor condition, and the bathroom’s bottle holder was heavily stained. As a former housekeeping supervisor, I found the overall cleanliness of the room to be unacceptable. The room appeared disheveled, and the bathroom was notably unclean. This experience was particularly disappointing, as it is the first time I have encountered such conditions at a Holiday Inn, where I have consistently had positive stays in the past."

"We stayed in the large room with 4 beds and a pullout couch, which is unheard of for my family of 6. They all enjoyed their own bed. Not a fan of reconstituted eggs, but make your own waffles Were a good breakfast, enough options for everyone in the family. "
