“The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”

“We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!”

“The location is unique and wonderful. Staff were very helpful and polite. Dinner in the Osteria was excellent and kitchen accommodated vegetarians without a fuss. Our room loft room facing the waterway was very spacious and quiet. Visit Burano across the bridge after 7p.m. - the whole island is deserted and peaceful. Didn't go for wine tasting experience and instead had bottle of wine from the vineyard - it was very drinkable. Overall , an excellent hotel and recommend staying for 2 days on the……

“Easy walk to San Marco and San Polo. Very simple breakfast. Sometimes you can heard people chat outside of building at night.”
