"We just had a great stay at the Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. The hotel is full of character and charm… right down to the creaky floors. Our room was simple, clean and well maintained. The proprietors retired couple Alfredo and Patricia were wonderful hosts, so warm and friendly. We also met their daughter and super cute grandson. Whenever I travel I always try to stay at a local hotel that reflects the local country and culture, this one is a gem. The building itself is quite old (which is part of the charm) so there is no elevator but there is always help getting your suitcases up and down the stairs. I loved this place and would return in a heartbeat."

"Helpful staff. Even let me check in several hours early which was a blessing after a very long overnight flight. Lovely breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Really handy location for the bus stations "

"Very basic room, includes nothing. Two people got one key and one towel. Laundry listed at 3,000 pesos but cost 6,000. "

"Its a bit mixed, bed was good and conformable, linen was clean but had a stain. Reception was a bit mixed, forst impression wasnt great, two members of staff on the desk, neither said hello, just carried on. No greating nothing, one looked up and my husband said we were checkin in. From that point the female staff was great. Next day at check out, male staff on reception was the same, I went over, nothing, said good morning and male staff finally looked up, and said good morning. In the bedroom, who came up with the idea to add sound effect to the door lock when it opens? At night you can hear them from the corridor. Bedroom window need a darker bind, room shouls be completely dark so you can have a good night sleep. "

"Room was very spacious and great aircon. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely by the pool on the sun. Great breakfast as well. Maybe a bit on the dates side and the gym was tiny with only the treadmill working."

"The staff was amazing—they provided excellent information about sightseeing, how to stay safe, and dining options. They also prepared a great takeaway breakfast for an early flight and were incredibly prompt in responding to messages. Finally, the property is stunning."
