"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting,...

"It is a unique property; definitely a boutique hotel, which I prefer. I would recommend you ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor. My room on the 1st floor was right on the street with no privacy or natural light unless I opened the shutters.
Also, I arrived by taxi at night. As we drove through the surrounding neighbourhood, the "historic" area was more ghetto than I expected from their photos. Many of the older buildings that would have been grand back in the day, are empty, in need of major repair. Certainly the Concha Y Toro had been beautifully restored, renovated!
The front desk staff were wonderful, also. I did climb the stairs to their rooftop. Overall, a very pleasant stay..

"El lugar es hermoso... Para que la estadía fuera más confortable deberían incorporar algunas cositas como lugares para poner la maletas. Perchero etcétera. Tampoco hay ni siquiera una silla pequeñas cositas que harían mucho más confortable la estadía por lo demás todo muy bien"
