The rooms and ryokan lobby were charming, the gear and drying room were great and the staff were so nice and helpful! There were some stains on the tatami mats but the extra bedding was appreciated. The breakfast was just okay in terms of taste but we were happy to have it! Some free real coffee rather than instant would have been appreciated. Also, the Onsen was nice but it would have been better utilized if it was hot in the morning prior to skiing and in the afternoon earlier. (after 2?) Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return, arigato.

同僚がスキー板の取り違えなどのトラブルにあった時に、スキー板のサイズ調整を素早くしてくれたのが助かりました。 また、シャトルバスで飯山駅までの送迎サービスは快適でした。 同僚の8割は外国人なので、英語対応ができるのは大変助かりました。 また機会があれば利用したいです。

GOOD: 服務人員態度友善 BAD: 飯店整潔度不好 都是灰塵, 公共的垃圾桶好幾天都沒人清理, 整個浴場只有一支快壞掉的吹風機. 隔音很差 早餐非常非常的簡單&不好吃. 整體來說像是個背包客飯店
