「Quaint 1930s hotel with rocking chair porches, and well-appointed rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. Comes with breakfast, centrally located near beaches, shopping, and attractions. Communication was excellent, and staff was friendly and helpful. Keyless entry was smooth and uncomplicated. Definitely recommend!」

「Great location near Manteo and NC‑12 and Pet Friendly
Highlight was the staff at the front desk. They were personable and in terms of customer service they were excellent.
Stayed here recently and really appreciated the great location — close to Manteo, NC‑12, and everything you want to reach on Roanoke Island. The room was clean, the AC worked great, and it was a comfortable place to land after a long day.
The downside was the bathroom...the shower. was extremely small — not enough room to...

「The person in the office was shot and not friendly, the room was ok but the floor was super slick like they do not ringer the disinfectant ( smell) from the floor so when wet very slick. Sheets seemed old and rough. Shower too small to bend over.」

「Fantastic room! Great for couples! Fans and air-conditioning kept the room nice and cool. Shower was amazing. Everything was very clean! Cons- There are no hooks in the bathroom sink area to hang your hand towels. There was only a small square table right next to the toilet, where you could put your items and the hand towels, which was very awkward. The bed was just okay; it was sinking in the middle.
