We had a wonderful stay at the Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach Hotel. The hotel is great — very, very family-friendly, and the staff are super nice. We especially loved the kids club, which provides supervised activities for children aged 4 to 12. It gave us parents a few hours of free time to enjoy the spa and relax on our own.
The food was good overall. We booked a half-board package that included one meal and four drinks……

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and poorly maintained, which did not justify the high price of 6,000 HKD per night. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the mornings that made it difficult to sleep and rest properly.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, given the condition of the room and the disturbance, I don’t feel the stay was worth the cost ”

“We stayed at the pool suite for EDC. The room was surprisingly pretty and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and patient (I only found out there was an app to order room service on my last day and kept calling down the concierge). But please be aware that there’s no sunlight by the pool in the lower floor pool suite. But all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

“We just checked out this morning and this review is the most updated and honest. We arrived at the airport last evening. The resort provided free shuttle service, which is reliable and prompt after they confirmed your need. The room itself was clean and spacious. The receptionist is also friendly. Overall, the resort is good from many perspectives.
Convenient stores, restaurants, and massage shops are walkable from the hotel. The night would be too boring.
