「Room was impeccable and quiet (facing an inner courtyard). View could have been prettier facing the main plaza, but it would probably have been noisier.
Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and very good, with many options.
Location cannot be beat. Easy access to the train and activities in Naples.」

「Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.
Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny.

「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」

「The hotel is in a traditional Naples street. This is a good thing, as it's more authentic. You can sit on the balcony and watch the locals go about their day. The street is safe, clean and close to main roads. But once you enter the premises it's been totally renovated and they have done a great job!
