The time we stayed here was an heat advisory in FL. We have 3 littles and I am pregnant . Upon checking in the ac was on 76. I tried to turn it to 70 and it didn’t work it continued to rise. We contacted support numerous occasions and they kept saying someone was coming out to fix it. They never did the first couple days , I was severely sick and exhuasted from no sleep. The highest it got was 92 in the house. This was a duplex and they offered the place next door, we tried it out but with as big as a fmaily we have a queen and two twins was not accommodating- on top of the ac they stated in the listing there would be washer and dryer which there was not, they were broken and didn’t work. We were suppose to stay there for 2 weeks with a family of 5 almost 6 and they failed to provide what was in the listing. On day 3 1/2 we sent a message stating we were leaving due to the heat and not proper accommodations that were stated would be supplied in the listing. I requested a full refund due to a falsified listing, and stress and exhaustion from our family. They told us they would not give us a refund bc it was fixed on day 4, which we had already moved out by then and cleaned both duplex’s spotless! This company is horrible to work with and does not care about GUEST SAFETY and LIES ABOUT ACCOMMODATIONS in there listings. I am not one to complain due to anxiety but this was the worst thing I have ever experienced in my life and my children’s. We were exhausted for a week after.
