Fantastic Family Fun

Wonderful property for family or large group. So much to enjoy at the home we didn’t want to even go sightseeing. Quiet neighborhood yet easy access to downtown. Such a great time.

Great place for a group!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my boyfriends 40th birthday! It was super easy to get an Uber to wherever we needed to go! We stayed in February so didn’t really enjoy the pool but the hot tub was great!

Epic pool house !

The back yard is a perfect private and ready to enjoy place ! We really enjoyed the games and the clean pool!!! The fire pit was fully stocked with dry wood and 2 good BBQS !!

Dolly's Dixieland Delight

We enjoyed this property very much. The amenities in the back were perfect for our group. The house is great and has decor that honors the 1950's, which we believe is when the house was built. Property managers were great. Much to do in the area in addition to the obvious music venues.

Awesome Set up for Family Fun

We had a great time and loved the outdoor space at the property. Having the pool and hot tub made it feel like we were at our own private resort. The entertainment room gave us the perfect family movie night too. Jessica and Tyler were very responsive to our questions. We had everything we needed and can’t wait to come back.

Nashville Heavenly Retreat

Our family met in Nashville (a comfortable distance to travel for all) for a weekend to celebrate Grandpa's retirement. We all had such a great weekend celebrating together in such a nice place with so many fun games to play! Thanks for hosting us! We'll be back soon!

The property was exactly as described on the website! Very accommodating for everyone. Location was only 10 mins from the downtown area!! This house was everything and more! The backyard was the star of the show! So much to do to have a chill day! I would definitely stay again for future trips!

AWESOME TIME!

Had a great Ladies vacation at this property. Spent most of our time either downtown Nashville or in the backyard cool vibe environment. The pool and hot tube setup was awesome! Location was convenient for driving to Opry house and also downtown Nashville. The house had plenty of towels, coffee, trash bags, etc. Even had snacks and nice fun room to do your hair! Definitely was nice to have all these extra 'Perks'! Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

Private oasis!

A little oasis! Great place to play some music and float in the pool or hot tub. We enjoyed our time here so much! Could use a few more pots and pans as cooking for 7 people was a little tricky but that’s the only suggestion I have!

Amazing

We had an amazing stay! The house was even better than the pictures. They have thought of everything down to the smallest details. The pool and the outdoor space was perfect. We were in Nashville for an event at the Gaylord and this was the perfect location. We could be there in less than 15 minutes. The host was very responsive and helpful when a storm came through and the power went out in the area. I would stay here the next time I’m in Nashville.

Beautiful property.

We loved our stay. Backyard is amazing!! Beds were very comfortable. For families with kids... this is like renting your own hotel! Provided plenty of activities you will not want to leave the house.
