Great spot to stay with friends. No issues getting to or from Broadway. Rooftop was perfect for grilling and hanging out.

The property was nice. It could use better parking. Overflow parking was out on the side street. We were concerned about the security of our cars. We didn't have any problems, but it in a tuff neighborhood.

Perfect Place

The house is beautifully designed for large groups to have room to spread out on each level. The private bedroom and bath accommodations made it easy for our two families. The main entertaining areas kitchen and rooftop deck were great for gathering for meals and late night laughs. Also the bonus... it was convenient to the gulch and downtown; which kept us from hitting traffic!
