Great Location for Family Visit

We enjoyed our visit to Nashville and this apartment helped make it a pleasant visit. The location is walkable to a ton of restaurants and bars, and just a short drive to down Nashville and Broadway. The decor and setup of the house was great-spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Perfect for our group

We were very happy with our entire stay -- the units were exactly like the pictures and well configured for our group, and the neighborhood was lively with plenty of bars and restaurants! We'd definitely book again if we come back to Nashville.

Adult weekend in Nashville

This property is about 2 1/2 miles from Broadway in a “hipster” neighborhood (also across the street from the high school Oprah attended.) Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The condos had everything we needed and are a great option for couples looking for a place with king and queen beds including some ensuites versus a lot of the VRBOs that are designed with bachelor and bachelorette parties in mind. Avant Stay was extremely responsive, and I would book again with them for sure.
