“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. “Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. “This hotel is a really perfect balance of history and renovated amenities. The staff were incredible all around. Rooms were nice and comfortable and quiet.
The pool needs a but more care as it is popular with the birds but otherwise the roof is amazing and I enjoyed it every day I was there. Exercise extra caution after dark in the area around the hotel. Person on moped attempted to snatch my phone 1 block away. Hotel feels safe and secure. Just extra caution is needed after dark.
