「Juan and Lionel were so helpful at accommodating my needs and providing me with recommendations and transportation when needed. Juan upgraded my room last minute to make it a more comfortable stay for me. He also spoke great English which was helpful because I was traveling solo and not familiar with that city and I only had 24hours in Santiago.」

「It is a unique property; definitely a boutique hotel, which I prefer. I would recommend you ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor. My room on the 1st floor was right on the street with no privacy or natural light unless I opened the shutters. Also, I arrived by taxi at night. As we drove through the surrounding neighbourhood, the "historic" area was more ghetto than I expected from their photos. Many of the older buildings that would have been grand back in the day, are empty, in need of major repair....

「Um bairro incrivel! Parece uma cidadezinha do interior. Feira livre aos domingos, avenidas cheias de opções de refeição, praças. Será meu bairro oficial de hospedagem em Santiago. O apartamento, incrivel! Predio tranquilo, com muitas facilidades (estacionamento, lavanderia, piscina). Tamanho do apartamento excelente para duas pessoas. Como padrão para oferecer a viajantes, faltou um cuidado adicional quanto a limpeza (estava empoeirado, copos mal lavados e inclusive quebrados no armario,...

「El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.」
