We paid to include breakfast, but we shouldn’t have done so - the buffet was very limited and does not cater to allergens and intolerances. Better to get breakfast across the street at Brekkie, or another cafe. Easy walking to nearby malls and shops, and easy to order an Uber to anywhere further afield. Remember to pre-order your Uber if you have a really early flight from SCL. ”

“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your……
