“Everything was just wonderful.”

“When I arrived I was shown to my room by the owner who was very friendly, but as soon as we entered the room she noticed the bathroom was flooded. She explained that one of the staff members had been fiddling with a pressure reducing valve and it must have caused the shower to run with the door open. They cleared the water up, but the carpet was wet through by the bathroom door and the room smelt damp all night. Next morning I went to breakfast an hour before I needed to leave. I waited 45……

“Good parking, clean room, towels and linen. Tower fan in room was appreciated during the recent heatwave. Lovely cool breeze from the lake from 9pm onwards which was a relief after the heat of the day. Stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised that the room was refreshed in the morning, including 2 bottles of water, again much appreciated as was the fridge. I took my own food but there is a microwave and communal crockery and cutlery, including wine glasses. 3rd visit and enjoyable every……

“The staff were helpful, the hotel was clean- however, on the Friday evening when I arrived the Internet was down, and still down when I went out after 9 am Saturday morning. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.”

“如能住幾天，想轉房號，另每天都有美好回憶，不同房間有不同的設計裝潢特色，更免費可享受媽咪店的餐廳就更好，雖然如此，餐廳內的美點都不算貴，在房間內可查閱有關食物的價錢，很方便。只美中不足是浴室去水流慢一點。房間亦難租用，選了幾天日子才能配合住了一晚。”

“One thing marks down the property. Breakfast was not complete. We went for dinner at the White Hart and they had gluten free cereals. I had to ask for orange juice at breakfast. Also, we came back at 22:50 on a Friday night and asked for a beer. We were refused but another resident was served beer. There doesn’t seem to be consistency on food menus or services across the group pubs.”

“The breakfast was not great. I appreciate it is a pub though and different from a hotel”
