Our room was clean, staff was friendly and the Lobster Pizza was delicious. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Location on the beach was great being close to many options for food and drinks alongside their great options.

No blackout curtains, door and lock were very very very sketchy. Did not feel safe. 1 lightbulb in room. Bathroom bulb did not work. No way to cobtact hotel online. Wont be back. Great location though.

Small, quaint, safe, clean. Very basic, but perfect for our needs. Owners/management/staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Security staff is 24/7, on property, making me feel safe and secure at all times.

the rooms faced the sun and the decks were to hot to sit on. Deck chairs were uncomfortable. staff were very good and helpful. Andy the security man was always ther to help wit anything.

Close to the beach, good price, clean, safe, friendly locally owned boutique hotel. If you are wanting a authentic, down to earth experience to Jamaican culture support this local family business. All the live music you could want is in walking distance and security is present if you need assistance. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. We are grateful for our stay, thank you ❤️

The place was a great deal price wise. The rooms and staff were great. The one thing wrong we found was that the restaraunts menu was not supported by food availability. But. Steps away to either side of the resort the restaurants are well stocked and reasonably priced.

Not a luxury spot by any means but why go on vacation if you spend your time in the room anyway. The location is excellent. Staff was friendly and nice. Was not packed at all. Almost felt we had the whole resort to ourselves. I have stayed at the Riu Palace up the road for 10X the price and I would much prefer the Tamboo. Chill vibe. Might find small ants in the room and water pressure might not be the best, but get over it and enjoy the island.

First timer here at Tamboo and I’m definitely coming back !! Rooms were always cleaned , clean towels , a/c was ice cold , hot water for showers. Staff are all so friendly awesome security and let’s not forget Francesco at the hut on the beach just a beautiful experience 😎✌️love Jamaica 🇯🇲

We had a wonderful stay at Jamaica Tamboo Resort. The staff was very warm and friendly and the room and common areas were clean. The AC was cold and the hot water was hot. The coffee shop on site has the best cup of coffee on the island. Highly recommend! Very affordable and excellent value for the price.
