「Great place to stay in Athens.」

「Customer service was amazing 」

「There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort....

「It is a good hotel, and I had a remarkable stay in this hotel with my friend. You can get all you need in the room and the bed and environment are neat and tidy. I love the self-check-in and self check-out service. The owner of the hotel was very kind, sweet and caring. The hotel was very convenient, and the location is good to find too. There is a lovely bakery called Pastry Vomvyla! They got the warmest heart people and bakery goods!」

「Extremely spacious and clean room, with excellent facilities, making a long stay incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing and all queries were dealt with efficiently and quickly. Extremely easy to check in and out. Great location, easy to walk to Plaka, and all the main sights, didn’t need to use public transport. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. 」

「This apartment is one of the best I have ever stayed in while traveling! It is spacious, bright, updated, clean, and quiet! We were there only for one night but it was a very comfortable stay that all of my family commented they wish we would stay longer! The area was quiet with several authentic eating options within a couple of blocks in any direction. The tram was right outside making getting around very easy. And the major sights were about a 12-15 min walk. Highly recommend! 」

「I spent 4,000.00 dollars and not once did they clean the place in the three weeks I was there ….mold was slippery and all over the shower floor …..the sofa was broken …and had a cigarette burn on it ….two chairs were unsafe as they had screws missing ….the ottoman in the living room we had to repair as it was in two pieces when we arrived ….nearly all the window shades didn’t work ….mold growing on the walls ….i travel Europe 3-4 times a year and never was I so disappointed ….and this was the...
