「The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided including coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning products, linens, towels, etc. Washer, dryer, oven/stove(gas) were modern, efficient, and easy to operate. The walkway was kept clear of snow/ice/leaves. Free street parking. Check in and check out...

「The neighborhood is soooo loud. I had to call the cops two nights in a row. I understand they can not control the neighborhood but if you need a quiet night this is not your place. I had to reach out to the property to get enough towels for the weekend and also request a remote for the tv. They brought both the next day but the remote did not work. They said they would bring batteries but that never happened. The fridge did not work and ruined the groceries I ordered. The silverware was dirty...

「It was a great location for the activities that my wife and I had planned. The only issue I had was with the city of Pittsburgh and its road system. There was a very steep and narrow road one had to take to get where we wanted to go. The apartment itself was beautiful and well maintained.」

「The property was accurately advertised. Close to places to eat, shop and convenient to stay within the city. Parking might be a problem for weekdays but weekends are great as the Dollar Bank parking is an option. The only drawback is the access to the Internet which may be sketchy if working from the unit. But overall the place is very clean and convenient. Will probably book again.」

「We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment.」

「I know some peopel are going to call me a snob but here is my review of Grammy's House. First, there are things that I can't hold against the property, but future renter's should be aware. The location is pretty sketchy and we didn't feel completely safe in the area because at least two different streets on just a block or two from the location were completly roped off with police tape. Second, the walls were so thin that we could hear the our neighbors TV. Now, what I do hold the property...

「were so so overused and soft that neither were no where near hotel quality….the master bedroom pillows were in poor over used condition so if we had brought our other 2 guests with us as initially planned there would not have been enough pillows for all of us to sleep with. We were warned to go easy on the plumbing due to the age of the property, but not prepared for the no hot water and low pressure situations. The overhead electrical fixtures in the bathroom were disconnected and left exposed...
