"Best Western Grant Park Hotel was walking distance from the lake and park attractions. We were near public transit and walking distance to restaurants. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would book this hotel again in the future."

"Terrific staff and I loved the addition of fresh fruit on the breakfast bar. The building is a bit dated, but the room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Also, I really appreciated that they don't use heavy perfumes and scents in their cleaning products. "

"Our room was clean (especially the bathroom), which we really appreciated. Other guests weren't loud and/or rowdy, which we've encountered in other Chicago hotels. The restaurant was very good; the bartender was very friendly and accommodating. The only problem was the air conditioner in our room - it was extremely loud and woke us up whenever it would come on. This made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Otherwise, we had a very good experience."

"they weee in process of remodeling, but in the shower there was no where to put your soap or small bottles of shampoo and v c conditioner . We are seniors and bending to pick them up after they fell was not a good thing. Our second room was good 319. The first one we had to move AC was very loud!"
