“What a wonderful, comfortable, unexpected place! Great staff, and the check-in process could not be easier. Our room was enormous, quiet, and full of fascinating objects on display explaining the history of the property. The inner courtyard spaces are lovely, and the trolley car bar is a must visit. A gem of the area, a little bit off the beaten path, but close to everything you'd want to visit.”

“I loved this bed n breakfast. It was not hard to find. I liked it was on the out skirts of busy area. Very quiet. You are greeted by owners. Beautiful piece of history and property. If you have the honor to have breakfast cooked for you, you will not leave hungry. I was there only 1 night but wished I had time to enjoy the pool. Thank you for sharing your home. Property is exactly as shown in pictures.”

“Overall, this was a decent stay with a few operational gaps worth noting. The property itself matched the rustic description—simple, a bit worn, but clean and generally well-maintained. If you’re expecting upscale finishes, this isn’t that—but for a laid-back, no-frills stay, it works.However, there were a couple of misses that impacted the experience. Breakfast was listed as an included amenity but was not provided during our stay. Additionally, we were provided only half of a roll of toilet……

“Property was clean and in an excellent central location of the city. Kitchen was well stocked even with pans, seasonings, cooking oils and other simple everyday use items you may have forgotten to bring. Bed was comfortable. AC and heat worked well. Jacuzzi tub is a great touch. Host was very friendly. You enter through their side gate at the end of the driveway and it’s an independent casita that’s part of their backyard. Also able to use the washer and dryer that’s part of the casita building.……

“The grounds are lovely with multiple places to sit and sip coffee, look at art and watch the birds. I especially appreciated the wood burning stove and the comfy bed. The decor is fun and creative. Perfect setup for a solo getaway or a couple’s retreat.”

“The Inn was absolutely delightful. Such beautiful surroundings, very peaceful. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was available all day, as I slept in past breakfast. My friend assured me it was delicious. It was lovely to have an open kitchen space, and places to sit, outside the room. Would highly recommend!”

“A lovely casita in a peaceful setting. I spent a week at Tom’s casita on a silent retreat. He welcomed and point me toward everything I needed and then gave me space and privacy for the week. I would definitely stay here again. ”
