「Good getaway option for aucklanders 」

「View was spectacular. Could do with an elevator but staff extremely helpful with luggage. Highly recommend. 」

「It’s a really great resort with beautiful lake view. We stay in a lake view suit with a large kitchen and all appliances we needed. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Perfect location and great view. The staff are friendly. Near TePapa. Just only the bed tooooo soft. It's uncomfortable for us. Otherwise everything is good. 」

「In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. 」
