Buck's Homestead B&B was a cozy and enjoyable stay. Joan is so nice and clearly puts a lot of heart into caring for the B&B and for guests. She was so considerate throughout our whole visit and provided amenities like cookies on arrival, a variety of teas and coffees, lots of hygiene products for guest use, and delightful breakfasts in the mornings. Chippy the cat was also very sweet. We highly recommend!

Joan, the owner went out of her way to make me feel at home. It’s a lovely historic register farm home. Conveniently located with many wonderful things to do. Comfortable rooms with nooks and crannies to search. For me a photographer, a wealth of things to shoot. I anticipate returning in the fall! Can’t wait.

The Buck's Homestead is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We loved that our host Joan made her family's home into a warm and welcoming B&B with a beautiful story and great hospitality. Breakfast was a delicious highlight: Joan was so considerate of our food allergies and made an excellent breakfast on both days (we so rarely get to each french toast!). We would absolutely stay here again.

I can't reccommend Buck's Homestead highly enough! The property has a wonderful, comfortable and homey feel -- but with modern ammenities (like wifi, flat screen tv with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a keurig coffee maker). Our hostess, Joan, was extremely friendly and accomodating (for instance, I'm a vegetarian, and she prepared a vegetarian breakfast for me. Also, we had to be on the road early for a return home, and she made us two bagged breakfasts we could bring with us on our drive home). It felt more like staying with a friend than staying at a property. If I ever have a reason to return to the area, I would absolutely stay at Buck's Homestead again!
