“My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Very quiet and peaceful area which allows for a peaceful and relaxing evening. I was very impressed with the contactless checkin. Everything was communicated clearly through text by staff which made the checking in process very smooth. We loved how the place had your very own washer/dryer set up as this allowed us to donour own laundry without having to pay antyhing for it. “非常糟糕的一天，首先是櫃檯沒有人，電話溝通後等了大概15分鐘，再來是房間居然有窗戶沒有窗簾，而這件房間在二樓；晚上九點了，在床頭正上方的冷氣壞掉了，而且結露滴水，得等一個小時維修，要求換房一直說沒有房間，等到我另外訂房要求退費又說有房間了？！櫃檯很辛苦，主要是一直不在現場的主管太糟糕，不願意立刻為房客解決問題。補充過程中是越南朋友在現場協助溝通，所以不是語言的問題。”

“Great location close to west lake, wonderful way to stay im Hanoi. We felt close to the life of the city, all the amenities and not in the middle of the tourism chaos of the french quarter. Apartment was perfect and clean, lots of space. The security man was very sweet and helpful and always around to say hi ”

Close to cafes, minimart some restaurants. Things to note….when you book you need to contact them. Don’t wait for instructions to be sent to you. Contact through whats app. Because there is a gate and to get in then there is a code and to enter your room is different code and to get out of the gate is another code. You get the……

“As someone working remotely full-time, I really appreciated how home-like this place is. Washing machine, drying area, full kitchen, and plenty of light. Much more practical than most hotels I stayed in Hanoi. ”

“This was very good! The room is very big and clean, and looks exactly as good as it does in the photos. It is very well equipped and I loved that I could do laundry and cook. There are several restaurants and bars around close by. ”
