"Our room was spotless and done everyday. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was amazing. The breakfast in the restaurant was one of the best we’ve ever had and we appreciated being able to have guests (our kids) join us. The restaurant staff - from servers to the chef’s all did a great job. I wish I had individual names to give. And the reception staff - Giang, Nam, Dat, and the others were always friendly and helpful. Next time we Come to Hanoi (to visit our kids) we will definitely choose Elegant Suites Westland. "

Located not far from the lake and within easy walking distance of banks and restaurants, it’s a perfect place to get your bearings upon arrival in Hanoi. "Big apartment with 2 bedrooms , living room and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Washer included in unit. Large swimming pool and playground for kids. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. There are a few restaurants close by. Shuttle runs 3 or 4 times a day to different places near old quarter. "

"Nice quiet location and excellent staff. Jasmine at the front desk was great in recommending places to see for my short stay. The breakfast buffet and coffee were delicious! If you’re looking for quiet nice place to stay in Hanoi with friendly staff don’t pass on this boutique hotel!"
