"Excellent accomodation, clean, tidy, good amenities and quite comfortable. Bathroom just a bit snug but otherwise very good. Excellent range to choose from for breakfast and had a choice of almost real coffee (automatice machine not barista) but best breakfast coffee yet in Japan."

They helped me complete a shipping paperwork to ship one of our larger suitcase to another hotel in Yokohama.
