「Room was very clean and cozy and exactly as pictured. Host was very friendly and communicative and had clear instructions in English. Would stay here again!」

「Some staff members were great but some were not so nice. They didn’t really introduce facilities in the room to us. Lighting in bathroom and private onsen was very dim - I slipped and fell as I missed the step between the onsen and shower room. Public bath was ok. Quite small. Meals were ok. The staff at restaurant for dinner was smart in bringing me packs of ice for my bruised and swollen arm. One staff volunteered to take photos for us before leaving and she was sweet. 「Overall, it’s perfect to me ! 」

「Near to the station, big room and fair price!」

「I was here twenties years ago. It's nice to come back again. The experiences still very good!」

「Very outstanding location and villa facilities」
