「Great hotel , great lodation」

「前台女職員很有禮貌，酒店整體裝潢結合現代感和傳統日式風格，房間也很整潔，個室溫泉和大浴場也非常棒。交通方面，如果你是自駕游會更方便，這裡自助泊車。如果晚上要去便器店買宵夜，沒有車就會很不方便，附近街道夜晚都是沒人和很黑。關於餐飲，晚餐的特色菜也很好吃，不過如果有傳統日式晚餐能選擇會更好，自助早餐很多選擇，也十分好吃。希望酒店在大浴場對出增添賣咖啡牛奶的自販機。」

「房間有私人風呂是相當方便及享受，令今次渡假加分。用餐是有私人的房間，很窩心及增加用餐嘅舒適感。由步入大堂開始，便要脫鞋，酒店內只能穿着襪或拖鞋，感覺是清潔的。入住前收到酒店的電郵，詢問有關有冇任何食物敏感，很細心。早餐很豐富，十分美味。」

「No regret staying at excellency floor although the room rate is on the high side. Excellent view anmd spacious room and it comes with private onsen for 45 minutes! The hotel public onsen is also exceptional. Just make sure you would spend enough time in the hotel to enjoy all the onsen and spa facilities, otherwise it would be a waste of money. The food quality is good and the service is good. Just that we don’t speak Japanese and sometimes feel lost in translation and Jane some awkward...

「It is very clean, price very reasonable, and convenient to railway station, easily accessible to 24 hours supermarket and food street. not too far away from main attraction in tokyo (about 30 minutes ride with train). really value for money.」
