"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

The only downside was the laundry—washing took quite long and the dryer didn’t fully dry our clothes. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Hotel has an excellent location. It is next door to the Metro for easy access. There are some great restaurants in the area and if you like Starbucks that is just down the road. Very clean 5-star hotel in my opinion. Room was spacious for Japan standards."
