“房間乾淨舒適，大小在日本來說算很大間，還有一間更衣室可以曬衣服，洗衣機、廚房設備也很齊全。走去地鐵站不會很遠，從新宿坐公車到公寓門口大概20分鐘。缺點是附近的地鐵-中野富士見町，大部分的地鐵要在中野坂上轉車，才能去新宿，有時候要花點時間等車。”

“The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. ”

“First of all, this is not a hotel, completely not. I booked this accommodation like one month ago before the trip, they will send you a form for submitting your personal information so that they will get you the key information and you have to enter the room by yourself. However, they didn’t give me anything after submitting the form so I send another email to them for enquiry one day before arrival. On the arrival day they send me the same form then I submitted again but they replied that……

“枕が小さすぎる洗濯用洗剤が備え付けられていればもっと良いと思いますゴミ袋が足りません階段はちょっと危ないです他は良いです”

“住宿地點超級遠，根本不近市中心，如果需要搭地鐵或JR，根本上要行上20分鐘，不是他們所說幾分鐘就到地鐵站，住宿附近沒有任何便利店，回酒店前要買好所有需要的用品，如果不是住地下層，2樓以上要搬樓梯，如果行李重的話是很辛苦的，去搬一次走的時候也要搬一次，晚上隔音設備很差，鄰居聊天的說話完全可以聽到，我們五個人，只有三張被，要求多一張也不能，就算有暖氣，也不會開到太高度數，因為真的很乾！頭髮風筒也很像玩具似的，一點力度也沒有！”

“Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. “The staff was very nice. I only had one issue and they got back to me quickly. It was very clean and tidy. The only real complaint was the mattress I slept on was very used not comfortable and had a concave. Other than that it was good. It was extremely tiny, but I knew that going in, so no complaints there. ”
