“Our initial room as already given to someone else so they put us in a different building, different room. Instead of ground level as we requested, we had to climb about 15 steps with our luggage. No night stands, no dresser. Went back to the office the next day and said we cold not stay in that room. Still our original room as not offered to us. We got a room, in another building with a king bed, pretty close to the ocean. Next night we got a swarm of some kind of flying bugs in the room. We……

“I traveled with my 5-yea old. While in the room, 2 men open the door and argued that it was their room. I Went to the office I requested a refund and a woman by the name Karen who assigned the rooms blamed Expedia. This not to mention parking charges not disclosed and not able to find one. “For the price it gets 3 stars. They are very old on a busy street. All of them are apartments turned into Motels. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen, we did not even have a coffee machine. No fork, no pans . Nothing! Bedding was old and looked stained . Just to give you a heads up on the kind of area .. the office sells condoms . You also have to have a $50 cash deposit. . We would not stay here again and glad we only had to for 1 night . ”
