「The host was super easy to communicate with. They were very responsive when we had questions. The view of the sunrise was amazing. The beach was so close. It was less than a 30 second walk from the buding.」

「Great stay in Miami! I wanted to extend my stay, it was so awesome, but it was music week/Ultra fest so not an option. Otherwise I would have stayed longer than a week. Private, good value, and in a perfect location to access a lot of what Miami has to offer. Short walk to Las Rosas!!」

「Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. 」

「It wasn't like any conventional hotel or motel, it was a landed house. You have the freedom to sit outside in the garden or go in and out without anybody asking around or making small talks. The neigborhood is awesome, right in Little Havana where you can dive into the heart of Miami and its culture, as well as the best places to eat. Overall, the best experience.」

「Not good」

「The place is decent for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement. The room is very compact, suitable for a single person but a bit cramped for a couple. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, and outside light enters through the bathroom window at night and reflects through the bathroom door, making the room too bright for comfortable sleep. We also noticed a couple of bugs on the bedsheet and in the bathroom. The outdoor area has plenty of greenery, but the plants and trees are...

「I had never VRBO an APT/HOTEL before, but I liked the idea of 24 hr. front desk for check in. The property looked good from the pics and we were very interested in the pool, washer/dryer and included parking. Check in was busy and went quick but they never told us that the property was without power. I found that out from another guest. Hey things happen but they couldn't tell us anything about why or timeline and should have told us at time of check-in. 2 hours later (6 PM getting dark/no...

「Accurate description. Great price, especially since we needed on Fourth of July holiday.」

「Everything was ideal! My family enjoyed the unit and will definitely come back again.」

「good place」

「Little Havana is nearby! Pleasent stay very nice would stay again.」

「Very comfortable space close to hard rock stadium. Very clean with a lot of different areas to hang out. 」

「Zen area to stay, the house itself is very accommodating for those last minute “oops I forgot something moments”. Location location location. So many great family centric finds nearby including yummy bites & museums for days. High 5 to this property! As for the natural greenery outside along the hot tub, chefs kiss!」

「The location is great because you are walking distance to bars, restaurants and stores. Layout was different from listing but still able to hold my friends and I. Host was accommodating and that is greatly appreciated.」
