「This was the worst stay I’ve experienced through Expedia. The AC was not working in the room and it was extremely hot and muggy. The property team showed no urgency getting it fixed. We checked in at 6:50pm and after periods of no response from the property team who initially told me a handyman would be up in 30 minutes, at 11:30pm we were told we could transfer to a different property of theirs in a different building. My partner and I then had to pack our bags again in the middle of the night...

「This resort was probably a shining star in the 90s but it's pretty dilapidated nowadays and in need of updating and renovations. The price was great for an apartment in that locations and the beds were comfortable - we did enjoy our stay! One major issue I want to mention, for families with young kids, is the spiral staircase to the loft.
