「Nice historic home within walking distance (no more than 2 blocks) to brewery, coffee, and bagel shop. Safe walking neighborhood at day and night, no issues. Fully fenced in back yard is nice for privacy and wonderful if you have your furry friends with you. Will definitely look to rebook during our next visit to Knoxville. 」

「Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again.」

「Great location for convenience! Neighborhood is very mixed use but we were aware of that when we booked. The house is remodeled older home so still has quirks and character. Very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds-it worked out well for my family over a wedding weekend at a venue nearby. I had a few questions and they were promptly answered. My only suggestion would be a little more info of getting to the parking. It is in the rear from the alley. Not difficult but I didn’t see that...
