“Disappointed and will NOT recommend I contacted the Parklane directly before my trip , double confirmed it was 2x bed rooms , 2 bathrooms. however, only 1 bathroom. a Stair inside the room, BUT no one mentioned it during my conversation to hotel before booking, and no indication in webpage. Absolute not enough HOT water for bathing in Feb 2-8 degree . One good thing is best location. ”

“Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process with the host was quick and easy, and everything was exactly as described. The property is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the Tube, making it very convenient to get around London. It comfortably slept our group of six (and could easily fit seven using the living room).The balcony view overlooking London is simply incredible — one of the highlights of our stay. Having three bathrooms and a washer/dryer was a huge plus for a……

“Lovely friendly staff. A beautiful old historic building, but the bedrooms are in the new building. A quiet pool and small steam/sauna rooms - very welcome at the beginning and end of the day. Well maintained and very clean. ”

“Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.”
